Job Purpose
*Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets
*Overseeing the smooth-running of the team, reviewing work, delivering training and providing feedback
*Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence
*Monitoring team performance and tracking targets
*Closely monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
*Using computer software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
*Contributing to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients
*Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries
*Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery
*Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on Manager

*ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified
*At least five years’ post-qualification experience
*Qualified by experience also considered
*A proven track record of managing a client portfolio within practice
*Excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn new ones quickly
*Previous experience leading a team, reviewing work and providing mentorship
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Professional, reliable and keen to progress within the firm
*Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
*A hands-on, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
*Analytically minded, with strong commercial acumen
