Job Description:
Role: Recruitment Consultant
Package: £23-25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)
Location: Manchester

The Role:
*Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes
*Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them (mostly done by phone, email or virtual meetings - traveling for face to face meetings will be encouraged when safe to do so)
*Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
*Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads
The Requirements:
*Minimum 2:1 degree from or 1 years sales or commercial experience
*Confident and outgoing
*Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
*Commercially savvy
*Financially and success driven
*Inherent competitive nature
*Great communication skills
*Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
