Job Description
We’re recruiting for aMember Communications Manager to join us. You will develop, maintain, and test regulated member communication materials across all schemes, using in-house composition. Covering the end-to-end member lifecycle. Driving the best member outcomes and meeting commercial and regulated needs of the Workplace business and wider division. Utilising behavioural economics, Member Insight and research to maximise the effectiveness of the core member comms, covering transactional comms, product literature, etc. What you’ll be doing: *Designing and delivering regulated communications, literature, and supporting activity across schemes, supporting the contact & engagement strategies for members, working efficiently and within budget and timescale, observing brand guidelines and Tone of Voice, ensuring customer centricity at all times, and aligning to L&G’s Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy
*Where relevant, working with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials, and ensuring that they are delivering to brief and to budget, to meet commercial and business targets
*Ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to enable us to collate, analyse and interpret campaign management information and insight, to maximise the effectiveness of communications, driving best member and financial outcomes
*Utilising customer/member insight, analytics, and data to create effective communications that deliver our key messages, ensuring that we continue to review, feedback, and improve the activities being undertaken to support commercial objectives
*Implementing communication creation, in a way that is maximised across all appropriate channels and updates on time, with robust test and learn activity to learn and evolve the communications to maximise their impact
*Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally by working collaboratively, to leverage expertise and understand requirements
*Working within our appropriate risk and compliance framework to ensure communications and campaign activity adhere to Group risk framework
*Developing close working relationships with key stakeholders across L&G Retail and Group, aligning learnings and customer journeys to ensure optimal results for both L&G and our clients, through efficiencies and one L&G approach
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for: *Numerate with strong analytical skills, including evidence of budgetary management
*People-oriented with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels
*Multi-project management skills with the ability to meet tight timescales, demonstrating good organisational and project management abilities
*Understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies
*IT proficient with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages
*Proficiency in using Quadient Interactive
*Designing & delivering consumer-facing communications plans and activities
*Working with creative agencies, providing appropriate briefing, management, and creative evaluation
*Marketing function or creative agency experience
*Considerable experience within a financial services organisation or with financial services clients
