About the Role
In this critical position, you serve as the company’s welcoming face, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities span from efficiently administering policies to addressing queries and resolving complaints. Furthermore, you’ll guide advisers in setting up their accounts and provide solutions for the financial products they require.
Your influence extends across various business domains, encompassing the administration of adviser’s and other pertinent areas. Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication are imperative, especially when crafting letters and financial documents.
Timely processing of adviser requests in accordance with our Service Level Agreements is a core responsibility.
Your professionalism and efficiency shine as you engage with financial advisers, providers, and visitors via phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
A key aspect of this role involves understanding a client’s financial position through active listening, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Remaining abreast of our products and services ensures you deliver the most appropriate outcomes for our diverse clientele.
About You
Drawing from your previous administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you bring a strong foundation to this role.
Your exceptional organisational skills shine through as you expertly prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Adept in verbal and written communication, you accurately record and interpret report data, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Taking personal responsibility for consistently delivering high-quality work, you embody a proactive approach and apply problem-solving skills in your day-to-day duties.
Your friendly and adaptable nature, coupled with your ability to thrive under pressure, defines you as both an independent contributor and a collaborative team player.
