Finance Manager Day-to-day of the role: *Oversee daily financial operations and manage the finance team.
*Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
*Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
*Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
*Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
*Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
*Establish and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
Finance Manager Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
*Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
*Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
*Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar will be considered an advantage.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
