Personal Assistant required to join this busy thriving team!
*Annual Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
*Location: Finchley
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*Office based: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
My client has asked me to support with their recruitment as they are now seeking a candidate with excellent office administration experience and someone who has worked as a PA previously.
This is a pivotal role that supports both the Director and Office Manager.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules for the Director and Office Manager.
*Distribute circulars, manage emails, and handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
*Assist in the management of service charges, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
*Maintain and update records and databases with financial and other data.
*Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management.
*Strong organisational and planning skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative duties.
*Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
