The Job role:
*Providing legal services to clients in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and wealth management
*Advising, assisting, and representing clients with a high level of client care
*Managing a case load of private client work : Dealing with clients in person, by phone, or by correspondence
*Drafting wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and other legal documents
*Calculating inheritance tax, making applications for reliefs, and administering estates
*Working with other legal professionals and contributing to the firm’s objectives
*Assisting with marketing the firm and team
*Maintaining diary systems and recording time
*Submitting bills to clients
Your Client base is likely to include HNWI, Landowners, and Charities
