Job Description:
Our client, an ’Independent’ firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team. Working alongside a number of consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications. Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the Paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients. Duties will include;
Key Responsibilities
*Utilise client data for illustrations
*Process new business
*Prepare letters of authority for client policy information
*Answer calls and deal with clients and third-party queries
*Produce quotations
*Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines
*Regularly communicate and update clients
*Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client meetings and ensure the relevant paperwork is prepared.
*Update the CRM system
*Ensure that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements
Essential criteria
*Experience working in financial services
*Use of Microsoft Office
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Ability to prioritise and organise
*Working knowledge of investment platforms
*Excellent attention to detail
Remuneration and Benefits
*20 days holiday plus birthday day off and Christmas/New Year period
*After 5 years holiday increases incrementally to 30 days over 5 years
*Auto-enrolment Pension
*Private Medical Insurance and Death in Service after 12 months of service
*Staff bonus scheme up to 20% of salary
