Responsibilities:
*General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
*Painting & Decorating
*Tiling
*Carpentry
*Plumbing
*Drainage & flushing
*Changing light bulbs
*Emergency light testing
*Fire alarm/door testing
*Grouting & Plastering
*Electrical works
*Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
*Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
*Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, Electrcial, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)
