Job Description:
The Company:
An excellent opportunity for a Fashion Administrator to join a successful Ladieswear Fast Fashion Supplier. They are a leading supplier to Boohoo/PLT, Karen Millen, Coast etc. You will be working with the Senior Merchandiser and have full responsibility with great opportunities as the company grows. You will need to be fully computer literate and have experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. This role will be 4 days office and 1 from home.
The Role:
Liaising with various departments across the business such as, Accounts, Design, Sales, Shipping, etc. Maintain the critical path in line with the product ranges.
Liaise with the factories to ensure a continuous flow of information is in place.
Ensure the timely arrival of product orders.
Raising purchase orders.
Checking delivery notes.
Chase up labelling/ packaging approvals and product samples.
Manage customer orders ensuring all queries are answered and issues are resolved.
Accountable for the delivery of the critical path for product ranges.
Build progressive and effective relationships with customers and factories.
As appropriate report any issues which may affect the timely delivery of product orders.
Administration
Skills Required:
Must be very organised and take responsibility for managing a key retail account.
Computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good team player.
Good communication skills.
Proactive and flexible.
Responsible and reliable.
