We are seeking a candidate who is really passion about HR and dealing with all aspect of ER and has a really strong background dealing with complex ER cases and is able to work within a team and there own!
Duties will include:
*Providing support to all managers and employees on best practice.
*Handling complex ER Cases including end to end processes for investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management.
*Sending out contracts and variation letters
*Supporting managers to reduce sickness absence
*Conducing Exit interviews
*Supporting the People team with additional Projects
*Maintain and updating company polices and procedures.
