Job Title: Fire and Security Alarm Service Engineer (Security Biased)

Location: Northampton

A leading company in the fire protection and security industry is looking for a full-time, permanent Fire and Security Alarm Service Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for a growing portfolio of clients across Northampton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm systems at client premises.
*Provide support for intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems as needed.
*Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
*Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.

Ideal Candidate:
*Fire experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
*Familiarity with planned maintenance of Security systems.
*Experience with various CCTV, Intruder and Access Control Systems.
*Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent time management and organisational abilities.
*Willingness to work hard, multitask, and perform well under pressure.

Requirements:
*Full UK driving licence.
*Ability to pass an enhanced CRB check.
*FIA or other industry qualifications are desirable.
*Capable of completing accurate worksheets and submitting them electronically in a timely manner.
*Be part of the on-call rota once every seven weeks.

Benefits:
*£30,000 - £32,000 Base Salary (OTE: £50,000 - £55,000)
