Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established firm in Manchester on a permanent basis.
The firm are considering qualified Solicitors only with at least 2 years PQE experience within Commercial property.
Duties:
*Providing bespoke legal advice for clients
*Undertaking all aspects of commercial property work which will include drafting sale contracts, commercial leases, legal charges, overage agreements, collaboration agreements and promotion agreements
*Building and maintaining client relationships
*Contribute towards business development
Essential skills:
*Qualified Solicitor
*Two years + PQE
*Demonstrate a specialism in commercial property law
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
