Key Responsibilities as the Laboratory Manager:
*Oversee daily operations of the microbiology laboratory, ensuring adherence to ISO 17025 standards and regulatory compliance.
*Lead and mentor a team of microbiologists and laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
*Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all testing and production processes.
*Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
