Job Description:
As a Finance Officer you will be responsible for the day to day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions.

My client are a non profit organisation based in the North East. Their mission is to conserve and enhance the cultural heritage of Northumberland.
Description
*Manage day-to-day financial operations within the company such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
*Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
*Participate in corporate budgeting process.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance and report on variances.
*Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
*Participate in preparation for the annual audit.
*Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
Profile
The successful Finance Officer should have:
*Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
*Proficiency in major accounting software programs.
*Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to work within a team and independently when required.
Job Offer
