Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Occupational Therapist to provide palliative care. This role focuses on supporting patients with complex needs, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting independence during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
*Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration.
*Minimum of 6 months NHS experience (mandatory).
*Proven ability to manage complex cases and work within a multidisciplinary environment.
*Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*A passion for delivering patient-centered care in palliative settings.
