Sales Executive - All warm leads are provided
Office in Rochford Essex 2-minute walk from Rochford train station on Liverpool street line / remote working available
Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm, early finish on a Friday - No weekends or late-night shifts
Paying up to £25,000 Basic salary plus uncapped commission
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound telesales, be a top performer, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This can be an office-based role or a remote, work-from-home position (subject to passing probation) offering a competitive starting salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
As a sales representative, you’ll be the first point of contact to our traders during their initial joining stage. You will be at the heart of ensuring that we deliver a first- class and consistent customer experience.
You will discuss our different levels of membership once the trader has registered themselves to our website and provide the right solution for their business based on their individual needs, converting their accounts into paid memberships.
The role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary (£25k) and an uncapped commission scheme. Typical Sales Executives earn between £40k-£50k OTE in their first year, and our top performers earn between £70k-£110k OTE.

Key responsibilities:
* Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach with the assistance of our inhouse marketing team.

* Present the key features and benefits of a BookaBuilderUK membership

* Identify and qualify sales opportunities selling on the call.

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

* Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to potential clients.

* Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years proven experience in telesales.

* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High level of motivation and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain resilient in a fast-paced setting.

* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
