Description
*Administer the end-to-end payroll process for a large workforce.
*Responsible for the statutory calculations
*Manage and resolve payroll-related queries.
*Contribute to the improvement of payroll processes.
*Assist with the preparation of payroll reports.
*Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
*Liaise with the Accounting & Finance department on related matters.
*Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
*Proficient knowledge in payroll functions and legislation.
*Adequate experience in an Accounting & Finance role.
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
*A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field is desirable.
Job Offer
*An hourly wage ranging from £16.20 to £19.80.
*A temporary role with potential for permanent opportunities.
