Job Description:
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing retail business, with the appointment of a Customer Service Associate to join their vibrant team!
This company goes that extra mile for their customers and aims to provide a seamless service. With this in mind, they are looking for a customer-focused individual to join their team, bringing fresh enthusiasm to the role and a positive attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
*Customer Communications: Manage the customer service inbox and resolve inquiries via phone or email promptly.
*Delivery Coordination: Liaise with drivers and customers to arrange schedules and delivery requirements.
*Administrative Tasks: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative processes efficiently.
*Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction after sale is complete.
*Retention Efforts: Handle cancellation calls and work to retain customers.
*Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to improve services based on customer feedback and maintain accurate records of interactions.
You will have:
*Experience in a call centre or similar customer-focused environment, 1-2 years.
*A customer-first attitude, with the ability to quickly build trust and understand customer needs.
Extra details:
*Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm (WFH) and paid as overtime.
*Must have own vehicle, no public transport links to Hallen.
