Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist sustainability consultancy who provide a range of technical energy services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an established Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join a team of dynamic and experienced energy assessors in their new Swansea offices.
Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor include:
*Carrying out non-domestic EPC’s using IES-VE software
*Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
*Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
*Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency
*Carry out site visits to produce site reports as well as energy statements
The ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:
*A level 4 NDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
*Proficient with IES-VE software
*Demonstratable experience delivering EPCs for commercial projects
*Full UK drivers license as will be expected to travel to carry out site visits
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
