Job Description:
Lettings Manager
Join a renowned Manchester-based residential developer as a Lettings Manager. This is a rare chance to work for a company many dream of joining.
You will lead a small lettings team, establish efficient processes and systems, and work closely with the senior board members to develop a strategic roadmap for the department’s growth.
The main Responsibilities of the ideal Lettings Manager:
*Grow the existing lettings department by developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
*Review current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
*Advise on resource requirements to expand the department, recruiting and training team members as needed.
*Occasionally conduct viewings, negotiate leases, and close business deals to ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Liaise with tenants to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
*Collaborate closely with the senior team to develop a long-term strategy for the department, aligning with the overall company goals.
What we’re looking for:
*3+ years’ experience in the lettings industry, preferably leading a team as of recent
*Proven track record in lettings
*Experience with making key decisions to impact department growth
*Wider knowledge of lettings and property management operations
*Someone who is ambitious and committed
*Self-motivated and passionate about property - especially luxury developments!
*A full UK driving license is preferred
What you’ll get in return:
A basic salary up to £35,000
A fantastic bonus scheme with an OTE of around £50,000 - £60,000
