*Event Expert: You have a proven track record in planning, organising, and executing events, from intimate private dining to large-scale celebrations.
*Natural Host: You are confident, charismatic, and professional, thriving in guest-facing roles and acting as the face of the restaurant.
*Detail-Oriented: You ensure no detail is overlooked, from event logistics to guest interactions.
Your Role and Responsibilities *Sales and Marketing: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the restaurant’s event and group booking business, building relationships with local businesses and organisations.
*Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
*Hosting: Act as a warm and professional host for key events, private bookings, and VIP guests, ensuring a personal touch is always provided.
*Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and local partners to drive repeat business.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
*Reporting: Track sales and event performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
