About the Business
An opportunity to be a Commercial Finance Analyst for a service business in Solihull. It’s a well-regarded business with a fun and friendly team and great reputation. This role will help drive decision-making for the wider group.
Main Duties:
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, your main duties include:
*Assisting the FP&A Manager
*Liaising with key areas of the business to understand and overcome inefficiencies
*Delivery of forecasting and budgeting activity
*Accruals & Prepayments
*Journals and reconciliations
*Cashflow forecasting and Payment runs
*Preparation of management accounts
Location / Office / Culture
This role is based between Redditch and Solihull, with three days a week in the office and two at home. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a strong finance team of 80. The business is very flexible in its working patterns.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in a high growth environment
*AAT qualifications, with a desire to study ACCA/CIMA/ACA
*High attention to detail
*An ability to work to tight deadlines
*Good interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in spreadsheet software
