Job Description:
We are looking for customer centric people, from an administrative, retail, fitness or hospitality sector!! You may have been a host, a receptionist or worked in a great call centre role or administrator. The role is a Customer Assistant, working in a varied role within an office and business centre environment. Would you like to work Monday to Friday instead of evenings and weekends! What will I be doing?
In this position, you’ll be making your customer’s day, every day. Here’s what the role looks like:
• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them from the initial greeting by covering on the reception desk
• Setting up buffets, catering and food & drinks for meetings and events, ensuring that the rooms are tidy and well-organised
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient face to face customer experience by being responsive to queries
• Supporting with the organisation of visitors, showing them around the facilities
• Helping with any facilities queries, which may be related to room sizes and layouts, maintenance problems, IT or equipment queries
• General administrative duties
This is a real hands-on role, where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who brings energy, a positive approach, a can-do attitude. The role is brilliant for someone who just loves getting stuck-in to daily tasks.

• You’re friendly, presentable and great with customers. You’re a strong communicator who can also listen, get involved and complete given tasks
• You’ve got good organisational skills and attention to detail
• You’re a team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• You’re experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
