Job Description:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing specialist to join a Peterborough based medical equipment business who develop products and services to make life easier for people with a variety of medical conditions. This is a business which is genuinely passionate about making real difference to people’s lives.
The role of Senior Digital Activation Manager is a fantastic opportunity to take leadership of digital activity for their consumer and eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for the development and execution of performance campaigns and digital product ownership of their eCommerce platform. Working collaboratively with the wider Digital and Consumer teams and engaging wider stakeholders, you will drive online growth, optimise end-to-end processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
This is a permanent job opportunity located in Peterborough with hybrid working available (2-3 days in the office per week)
Key Responsibilities include:
*Manage Performance Campaigns: Oversee digital performance campaigns across multiple channels aligned with consumer marketing functions for acquisition and retention.
*Digital Product Ownership: Take ownership of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers a seamless customer experience.
*Execute Paid Online Media: Collaborate with the Global team to drive lead generation for customer acquisition.
*SEO & Digital Content: Execute plans to drive growth through SEO and digital content.
*End-to-End Process Optimisation: Drive improvements in end-to-end processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
*Channel Mix Management: Drive the mix of ordering customers
*Consumer Platforms & Digital Communications: Manage platforms and communications using tools like Episerver and Zendesk.
*Analyse Customer Journey: Shape marketing activation and web design to maximise conversion rates based on engagement data.
*Customer Experience Ownership: Innovate the consumer digital offering based on customer experience feedback.
*Project Management: Utilise effective project management skills to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
This position requires a proactive individual who can drive the digital agenda forward, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy while fostering innovation and efficiency in marketing practices.
