Frazer is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Operations Manager (Warehouse &Transport) who’s as passionate about great service as we are.
Hours - 630am - 430pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
*Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
*Managing team of including 3 Warehouse Operative and 3 Drivers
*Producing monthly reports
*Supporting the Branch Manager
*Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning
*Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!)
*Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed
*Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
*Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
*Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority
*Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Experience
*Previous industry experience preferred
*Warehouse and Transport Management essential
