Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Serve as the first point of contact for callers, offering support and directing them to further resources.
*Implement effective case management and recording systems.
*Coordinate referrals with key partners, completing all necessary documentation.
*Adhere to GDPR and organisational data protection procedures.
*Collaborate with the programme team to prepare various reports and documents.
*Deliver informative workshops and outreach sessions to raise community awareness.
*Maintain robust communications with internal and external stakeholders.
*Attend relevant training and development sessions.
*Collect and collate key evidence for potential legal actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
*Experience in a similar role.
*Strong empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by victims of crime.
*Ability to work sensitively across diverse backgrounds.
*Experience liaising with service providers on behalf of beneficiaries.
*Independent worker and effective team player.
*Commitment to equal opportunities and diversity.
*Organised, capable of prioritising workloads under pressure.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
