Role overview:
As a Graduate Creative Account Executive at Threepipe Reply you will support the management and growth of high-profile clients across diverse industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking for hands-on experience in the marketing or creative industry. This role will be based in London Victoria 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with 2 days a week remote working. Creative clients range from tech giants, sports, retailers, beauty, energy, banking and beyond, with clients including Panasonic, Gulf Oil International, Kao Salon Brands, Unicorn Darts, Quality Spirits International and Vodafone.
Responsibilities: *Support the wider account management team across a variety of creative disciplines, from brand strategy to digital campaigns, copywriting, and video production.
*Assist in managing client projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and that all deliverables align with the client’s vision and requirements.
*Coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to manage budgets, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery.
*Help with the production process, including small-scale photoshoots and large video shoots, from talent management to post-production and final asset delivery.
*Attend client and internal meetings, take accurate notes, and ensure actions are tracked and followed through.
*Ensure high-quality creative output by reviewing copy and creative materials with a keen eye for detail, offering constructive feedback where needed.

*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across teams.
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

*Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing client needs and project timelines.
