Job Description:
Role: Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
Salary:28k-30k Dept on client and experience
Location: North Nottingham (office based)
We are looking for two Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerks for our North Nottinghamshire based clients
The roles involve joining two very fast paced finance teams overseeing the purchase ledger functions across the businesses. Your role will be ensuring all supplier payments are processed accurately and on time and contribute to continuous process improvements.
The ideal candidate for the role of purchase ledger will have:
*A background within a fast-paced Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
*Ability to create reports on cash and internet banking and company expenses
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and other departments across the business
*Strong Excel skills and technology skills and able to pick up systems that are new to you
*Problem-solving skills that allow you to tackle challenges with ease
*Experience in a senior / team leader role would be advantageous but not essential
