About you:?
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions. You are a proactive problem-solver who excels at identifying opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be key as you work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
About you, you will be someone who can:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a dedicated customer base.
• Understand client needs and objectives; serve as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
• Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Utilise CRM tools to track and document all stages of the sales process, ensuring accuracy and transparency in pipeline forecasting.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling efforts.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Conduct regular online review meetings with clients to review service levels, discuss challenges, and explore growth opportunities.
• Host meetings at all levels, including C-suite.
Day-to-day, you will be:
• A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up attitude
• A track record in providing solutions to the associated market
• An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
• Ability and willingness to work independently or as a team
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
• Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
• Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Previous experience in a B2B sales role or target driven account management role
• Previous field sales experience.
• HCM or associated software sales experience preferred.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to prioritise a demanding workload.
• Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
• Develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrate a positive approach.
