Job Description:
EA to CEO - Business Services - Central London Office - Temp to Perm - Competitive Salary (DoE) - Immediate Start
We are on the hunt for an immediately available, highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapid-growth organisation based in Central London, on a Temp to Perm basis.
Starting imminently, the EA / Business Assistant will provide exceptional levels of support to an entrepreneurial CEO. You will be their right hand, gatekeeper and sounding board and will truly relish working in a fast-paced role.
You will be passionate and focused and have impeccable communication skills, an organised nature, a professional demeanour and the ability and tenacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Please note: This is a Temp to Perm, office-based opportunity, therefore we are looking for candidates who are available immediately / imminently and not on notice.
Key responsibilities as the EA / Business Assistant to CEO will include:
*Extensive senior support to CEO
*Serving as a trusted confidant in the executive suite, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
*Managing relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders
*Preparing documents, presentations and reports
*Assisting with the planning and execution of projects
*Organising key company events - managing logistics, budgets and plans and executing the brief to ensure successful events
*Collating, analysing and understanding key documentation, contracts and licences
*Collaborating closely with the CEO, understanding their vision, business plans and long term objectives
*Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and distributing action items
*Acting as a point of contact between executive team and staff members
*Undertaking business focused projects
And more.
What we’re looking for:
*Graduate (ideally a business related degree) is highly advantageous
*Highly organised and proactive nature
*Excellent communication skills at all levels - fluent English essential
*High level of discretion and professionalism
*Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
*Ability to manage business documentation - reading and understanding key documents, contracts and licences etc
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
*IT literate - strong MS Office skills needed together with the ability to learn new systems
*Focused, organised, self-motivated, flexible and dynamic nature
*Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Desire and motivation to learn and progress and to go above and beyond
*Available immediately and able to commit to a Temp to Perm assignment
