Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver exceptional mortgage advice, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
*Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consultation.
*Utilise leads generated by the estate agency to identify and convert mortgage opportunities.
*Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and industry regulations.
*Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements:
*A CeMAP qualification (mandatory)
*Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably within an estate agency environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong sales and negotiation abilities
*Self-motivated and target-driven
*In-depth knowledge of the local property market and mortgage trends
