Alexander Daniels are working with an established business based in Staffordshire to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the Sales Ledger and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Daily duties:
*Maintaining a clean Accounts Receivable ledger.
*Running monthly Accounts Receivable reports.
*Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
*Working closely with internal sales team to ensure invoices are issued correctly.
*Review bank statements on a daily basis.
*Applying cash receipts to customer accounts.
Essential requirements:
*3 years experience in a similar role.
*Experience using NetSuite, Sage, SAP.
*Experience working in a multi-currency group.
