The Role As Finance Systems Manager, you will:
*Take ownership of the organisation’s finance systems, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives.
*Lead system upgrades, integrations, and improvements to enhance functionality and the user experience.
*Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and effective reporting solutions.
*Leverage Power BI to design and deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
*Provide training and support to users, maximising system capabilities and driving efficiencies.
Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:
*Proven experience as a Finance Systems Manager or similar, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
*Strong technical expertise in finance systems, with hands-on experience using and implementing Power BI.
*A solid understanding of finance processes and how systems can enhance performance.
*Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*Degree in accountancy, economics, business etc.
