The team based in the West End work with a range of clients including pe houses, developers, banks and institutions providing valuations for a range of purposes.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide Valuations for a range of purposes; development, investment, consultancy
*Managing existing client relationships and developing new contacts
*Generate new business
*Acting as a subject matter aspect within the Leisure and Hospitality sector
Key Skills and Experience
*MRICS qualified
*RICS registered valuer
*First rate written and verbal communication
*Strong technical skills
