We are looking for Travel Consultants to join our friendly team in our Bath, Westbury Park and Thornbury branches. C The World are an independent travel agent providing a personalised and tailor made service, where our consultants use their expertise to provide advice to our loyal client base. Job Description
Providing comprehensive travel planning and booking services to clients. This role involves consulting with customers to understand their travel needs, offering suitable recommendations, and securing reservations for holidays, transportation, accommodations, and other travel services. The position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and familiarity with travel destinations.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Research and provide holidays, offering expert advice and recommendations
*Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise sales opportunities
Skills and Experience Required
*Proven experience in a similar role with good industry knowledge and/or experience in personal travel
*Target driven and determination to succeed
*Excellent communication skills and the ability deliver outstanding customer service
*Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Working Hours
*9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with approximately one in four Saturday (9.00am-1.00pm) worked with a day off in lieu in the week to compensate.
Salary
*Dependent on experience and open to discussion but proposed starting salary around £25,000 plus commission and bonus
*Salary is reviewed after probation period (3 months))
