Job Title: Customer Service Officer / Business Support Officer
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Start Date: 2nd December 2024
End Date: 2nd March 2025
Salary: £18.41 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Contract Type: Temporary (3 Months)
About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer or Business Support Officer for a temporary position with one of our esteemed clients in London. This is a hybrid working role, offering a mix of in-office and remote work. The majority of training will take place in the office, but the role offers flexibility once settled into the position.
As a Customer Service Officer / Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving queries efficiently. Your role will involve liaising with customers, handling enquiries, and offering administrative support, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide high-quality customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and online platforms.
*Assist with general business support tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
*Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
*Follow procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
*Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Contribute to a positive team dynamic and provide support to colleagues when needed.
Key Requirements: *Previous experience in a customer service or business support role (preferred, but not essential).
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving ability.
*IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and office management tools.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
