Management Accountant
*Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
*Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
*Prepare financial performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
*Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
*Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budgeting.
*Monitor and report on variances, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
*Oversee cost controls and implement measures to optimize expenditure.
*Develop and maintain robust financial processes and controls.
*Conduct cost analysis for products, services, and projects.
Profile
A successful ’Management Accountant’ should have:
*Actively working toward ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification or equivalent.
*Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
*Strong financial controlling and cost management experience.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
