Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new care assistant to work within our client’s Residential home in Westerham.
Care assistant vacancy details:
*£11.44 to £12 per hour
*36 hours per week available
*8am - 8pm // 8pm - 8am
Care assistant main duties:
*Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their comfort and safety.
*Assist residents with personal care routines, including dressing, toileting, and mobility as required.
*Conduct regular checks on residents throughout the night, addressing any needs promptly.
*Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to senior staff.
*Maintain a calm and secure environment, ensuring residents feel safe and reassured.
*Record and update care notes accurately and confidentially.
*Work collaboratively with the night team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
