Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Glasgow, Flexible working; office attendance 1-2 times per week (remote for the rest)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

About Us:
Our client specialises in providing tailored financial advice across savings, investments, and retirement planning. Their partnerships with Building Societies and corporate clients empower them to deliver outstanding services that meet diverse client needs.
The Role:
As an Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the advisers, ensuring efficient processing and management of client documentation. Key responsibilities include:
*Processing and managing new business applications and associated paperwork.
*Maintaining and updating client records on Intelligent Office.
*Managing client transactions and assisting with trades on Provider Platforms.
*Responding promptly to client, provider, and adviser queries.
*Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
