Description
*Reviewing employee records to determine payroll costs, including taxes, deductions, and benefits
*Processing Payroll
*Calculating employees hours worked, payroll deductions and processing requests for pay increases or decreases
*Support the Payroll Manager with reports on payroll trends to make decisions about staffing levels, pay rates and benefits package
*Review payroll records for accuracy and correcting errors
*Reconciling payroll records with accounting records
Profile
*Have intermediate excel experience
*Have experience working in a Payroll related role
*Be process driven
*Be analytically minded
*Have experience working in a fast paced environment
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect a starting salary c£35-36,000 + 3 days home working + a flexible contract ending March 2025 with the potential to be extended or made permanent
