Description
As the Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for:
*Ensure new starter and leaver forms are up to date
*Ensuring salaries and working hours are correct and inputting to the system
*Administering statutory benefits including sick and holiday pay
*Assisting in pension submissions
*Respond to staff payslip queries
Profile
To be successful as the Payroll Assistant you will be:
*Some recent exposure to payroll processing and calculations
*Good use of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook and Excel
*Accounting and Finance, Business Management or Mathematics degree with accounting principles
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with queries
