A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join its team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in insolvency law and a client following to expand their practice within a leading firm. The role offers significant autonomy and access to excellent marketing and IT support.
Role Requirements: 
Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in insolvency law
*Proven track record of managing a caseload of insolvency matters
*Established client following with the ability to bring clients and grow the firm’s insolvency practice within Kent
Skills:
*Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law, including corporate and personal insolvency
*Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to develop new business
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams within the firm
