Academics are looking for a confident Teaching Assistants for our partnered Primary Schools in the Croydon Area.
We currently have daily supply, Short & Long Term as well as Temp To Perm Availabilities.
Daily Tasks: Primary School Teaching Assistant - Croydon
*Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
*Support individual or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning.
*Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
*Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organisation.
*Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
*Work collaboratively with the teaching team to promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements: Primary School Teaching Assistant
*Previous experience working with children (in an educational setting is a plus).
*A passion for education and supporting young learners.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
*A flexible and proactive attitude towards work.
*Basic literacy and numeracy skills (GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths are desirable)
