We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Manchester. They are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Managing the day-to-day delivery of the IT functions
*Working with colleagues across multiple offices nationally
*Seeking ways to improve IT to solve wider company issues
*Ensuring processes and procedures are in place
*Travelling to other office when required
*Being responsible for the IT Support team across two locations
*Being responsible for technical development projects
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience in a similar role
*Experience in delegating tasks effectively
*Knowledge of document management and customer relationship management systems
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Experience working with Microsoft operating systems
*Good understanding of hardware
