Job Advert: Casework Coordinator
Location: Bath
Salary: £24,500 per annum + £100 per week when on call
Hours: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals transitioning from the criminal justice system? Join the team as a Casework Coordinator, working closely with criminal justice agencies to provide supported housing solutions that help individuals rebuild their lives.
Key Responsibilities: *Manage referrals, assess client needs, and tailor support to sustain housing and achieve positive life changes.
*Progress, track, and report on referrals and service user outcomes.
*Develop, implement, and monitor client support plans and risk assessments.
*Provide clients with practical advice and signpost them to relevant services.
*Facilitate smooth transitions into supported housing, ensuring clients understand their rights and responsibilities.
*Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with service standards and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For: *Experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system or vulnerable groups.
*Strong organizational skills to manage multiple referrals and client cases.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and agencies effectively.
*Knowledge of housing solutions, risk assessments, and support planning is an advantage.
*Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to supporting individuals through positive change.
