As a Helpdesk Support Trainee, you’ll be the trusted advisor for clients around the globe, delivering exceptional assistance and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.

Your Role *Effective and swift service for client calls, escalating as required. 
*Deliver outstanding support and customer service. 
*Build and maintain positive client rapport.
*Troubleshoot and resolve software challenges, walking clients through solutions step-by-step.
*Maintain accurate records of all support communications.
*Stay up to date with software knowledge and training.
*Assist with special projects aimed at improving the client experience.
