Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Head Chef.  
The successful Head Chef will be responsible for; 
*Managing the entire kitchen operations
*Ensure all members of the brigade are performing assigned duties & creating high class hot & cold foods
*Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices
*Managing stock levels
*Support back office functions were needed
*Completing admin functions where needed
*Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions

Required experience & characteristics of the Head Chef
*Experienced managing a busy, professional contract catering kitchen
*Comfortable managing brigades or 10 – 20 members
*Superb knife skills and comfortable boning, rolling, feathering & portioning to spec
*Reliable & conscientious
*Good command of the English language
*Courteous, polite & professional
