Plumbing Technician
*Hourly Rate: £15-£20
*Location: North West London
*Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing), Part-time (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-5pm)
We are seeking a Plumbing Technician to support the plumbing lecturer at a further education college in North West London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and a relevant Level 3 qualification in the field.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist the plumbing lecturer in preparing and setting up materials and tools for classes.
*Support students during practical sessions by providing guidance and technical assistance.
*Maintain and organise plumbing workshop tools and equipment.
*Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the workshop.
*Help in the assessment of student work under the guidance of the lecturer.
*Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven background in plumbing.
*Relevant Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
*Strong practical skills and technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
*Ability to work effectively with both staff and students.
*Good organisational and communication skills.
*Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
