Meraki Accountancy & Finances market leading client are looking to add a Finance Manager to the current team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm based in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of the department and will be responsible for leading the existing team and identifying & implementing process improvements.
  
Key duties of the role include:
  
*Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts to challenging deadlines.
*Supervision of monthly partner payments processes and associated monthly reporting.
*Supervision of annual distribution payments and associated FX arrangements.
*Preparation of partner remuneration and capital notices for global partners.
*Support the Senior Manager with annual partner profit allocation and profit clearing processes.
*Main point of contact for auditors on partner remuneration matters.
*Work closely alongside various stakeholders at all levels.

Experience required:
  
*ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
*Experience of working in a multi-currency global environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Comfortable working in a fast paced challenging environment.
*Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
